Jeff and Yolanda, co-authors of “Harper Teaches Contracts”, are both attorneys and Historically Black Colleges and University (HBCU) graduates. Jeff graduated from Langston University, and Yolanda graduated from Florida A&M University.

They met while attending the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Jeff and Yolanda are both licensed to practice law in multiple states.

Currently, Jeff is the owner of the law firm, Law by JW, PLLC. Jeff is also an adjunct professor of Constitutional Law at Clark Atlanta University. Yolanda is currently the Associate General Counsel for Clark Atlanta University.

Jeff and Yolanda are now married and the proud parents of a daughter, Harper, and a son, Miles.
